This is the most common vessel in the fleet and is available to destinations such as the British Virgin Islands, St. Martin, Tahiti and Greece. The Moorings 4800 was the proud winner of Cruising World Magazine’s Boat of the Year in 2013! Featuring 3 guest cabins, all with private en suite baths, this award-winning yacht is the pinnacle of leisure at sea. Once you step aboard, you’ll discover plenty of reasons why.

Dine in the large forward cockpit, with culinary creations made in the fully-appointed galley, or sip a cool drink in the aft cockpit offering a large dining table with wraparound seating and stools. The modern interior features a saloon with a spacious U-shaped settee and a full view of the outdoor surroundings as well as a flat screen TV and air conditioning - all powered by the onboard solar panels and generator.

When it comes to your journey, the Moorings 4800 allows you to travel the open waters with ease. Average speeds under sail range from 7-10 knots depending on wind conditions. Handling is made easy from the raised helm station, which features 360-degree visibility, a full suite of upgraded navigation electronics, an electric windlass with foot switch and all sail controls led to the helm. Supported by twin Yanmar 54hp engines, this all combines to allow the skipper control the yacht with near-effortless ease.
