Starting April 15, 2024, Owners are making their Planned Time Week selections for traveling December 7, 2024 to December 5, 2025. Click on the button above during your assigned 7-day window to select your Planned Time Weeks. Please refer to the e-mail you received from Owners Services with your designated dates to make your selections.

Reservation Period

A “Planned Time Week” is a 7-night stay in a single Villa. The check-in day for Planned Time Weeks is Saturday.

Selection Cycles

Owners have five Planned Times Weeks per Use Year. Each Use Year, Owners may submit requests for Planned Time Weeks during two selection cycles (a “First Selection Cycle” and a “Second Selection Cycle”) for travel dates during the upcoming Use Year.

First Selection Cycle

During the First Selection Cycle, Owners may either:

• ➢ Reserve up to three Planned Time Weeks (1) individually, (2) consecutively, or (3) in multiple Villas during the same calendar week, so long as no more than two of these Planned Time Weeks include Weeks 44-53 (in Use Years when 53 is applicable) and Weeks 3-15; OR
• ➢ Request four or five Planned Time Weeks (1) individually, (2) consecutively, or (3) in multiple Villas during the same calendar week, so long as all but one of these Planned Time Weeks occur entirely during Weeks 1, 2 and 16-43 inclusive.

Owners may reserve only one Planned Time Week that includes any of the following holidays: President’s Day; Easter; Christmas; and New Year’s Eve.

Second Selection Cycle

During the Second Selection Cycle, Owners submit their selection for the remaining Planned Time Weeks (up to a total of five Planned Time Weeks each Use Year). Owners may request any Planned Time Weeks that are available, with no restrictions with respect to multiple Villas or consecutive Planned Time Weeks.

Priority Rotation Schedule

Each Owner will be randomly assigned a priority rotation schedule (“Priority Rotation Schedule”) at the time of purchasing a Fractional Interest. The Priority Rotation Schedule determines the order in which Owners’ requests for Planned Time Weeks are assigned. For each Use Year, an Owner will have two priority numbers: one for the First Selection Cycle and one for the Second Selection Cycle. The priority number applies for all Planned Time Weeks requested.

Owners Not Submitting Requests

If an Owner does not submit requests for Planned Time Weeks for the First Selection Cycle or the Second Selection Cycle, Owner Services will assign Planned Time Weeks for that Owner based on availability and the preferences of other Owners.
