Terms and Conditions

Platinum Members are able to redeem their points towards up to 30% of flight cost at the rate of $0.30/point, for the terms defined below. Centum Members are able to redeem their points towards up to 40% of flight cost at the rate of $0.40/point, for the terms defined below. This does not include additional items such as ground transportation or in-flight catering. The above Fixed Hourly Rates apply to flights that occur within the Continental U.S. or that originate or terminate within the Continental U.S. and do not travel beyond a 200 nautical mile radius of the Continental U.S. These rates are not available for travel to and from Alaska and Hawaii, as well as travel to or from East Hampton Airport (HTO). Flights that originate or terminate outside of the “Continental U.S.” and within a 200 nautical radius of the Continental U.S., may be subject to international fees that are not eligible for points redemption. For travel on days that are not Peak Travel Days (please see below for a list of dates) that either occurs within the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America (the “Continental U.S.”) or that originates or terminates within the Continental U.S. and does not travel beyond a 200 nautical mile radius of the Continental U.S., itineraries must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Once an itinerary is confirmed, any changes (including cancellation) will require the same amount of advance notice. If a Member changes or cancels a flight without giving the advance notice required, Member may be charged 100% of the flight cost without the ability to use points. Departure changes by Member - To accommodate delays in Member’s schedule, the Third-Party Fulfillment Company will arrange for the Direct Air Carrier to hold aircraft for confirmed flights up to 60 minutes past the scheduled departure time. Upon the expiration of the 60-minute waiting period, the aircraft may depart and the member will remain obligated for the full cost of the itinerary as if it had been completed, without the ability to use points. Departure changes by Third-Party Fulfillment Company - Third-Party Fulfillment Company may delay or accelerate requested departure times on Peak Travel Days by up to three hours per departure. Flight attendants are not guaranteed on Light, Midsize and Super-Midsize class aircraft. Requests for flight attendants on those aircraft classes will be accommodated subject to availability and will result in additional charges. Individual quotes will be made for flights outside of these specifications and may not be eligible for this program. Please note that the combined weight of luggage and passengers may affect the ability to accommodate the passenger counts listed. During Peak times: Light and Midsize Jet flights are billed at prevailing rate plus an additional 5% (1.05 times the prevailing rate); for Super-Midsize and Heavy jets, standard rates do not apply, and flights will be individually quoted. All flights must be confirmed at least 5 days in advance for hourly rate pricing. Travel time includes 0.2 hours added to each leg of the flight time for taxi time. The rate quoted will include an additional 7.5% Federal Excise Tax. Segment fees apply on a per person, per flight leg basis. The cost per person, per flight leg is $4.20. Rates are rounded up to the nearest tenth of an hour. All flights are fulfilled through a Third-Party Company, SKYJET, and travel will occur through a contracted direct air carrier who maintains a relationship with Third-Party Fulfillment Company. Hilton Grand Vacations appoints referenced Third-Party Fulfillment Company as an authorized agent to arrange for air transportation services on behalf of the Member. In this capacity, Third-Party fulfillment company will be the authorized agent of Hilton Grand Vacations and will not be acting (nor may it be deemed to be acting) as a Direct Air Carrier. As Hilton Grand Vacations’ authorized agent, Third-Party Fulfillment Company will arrange for Diamond members to contract for transportation services with a Direct Air Carrier, and the applicable Diamond Member will be the charterer and beneficiary of such services.
