Per point redemption value is valid up to and including the due date on the invoice and is then subject to review. The redemption period is from November 1st of the current year, up to and including the due date as specified on your invoice for the upcoming year. This program does not relieve you of your responsibility to pay your maintenance fees on time. THE Club^® requires three weeks prior to the due date of your maintenance fees to avoid penalties and/or loss of use. Members must exchange a minimum of 2500 points for maintenance fees and membership dues, and are able to exchange a maximum of 50,000 points or up to their annual allotment, whichever is less, per year for any combination of member benefits. Points must be exchanged in increments of 500. Platinum and Centum members processing fee is $100 per transaction. After the due date this benefit is no longer available until the next year’s annual maintenance fees and dues for THE Club^® are payable. You may not use previous years' points for the current year fee payments. The applicable fees will be collected at the time of your transaction. Any federal, state or local taxes are the responsibility of the member. THE Club^® reserves the right to modify this program at any time. Hilton Grand Vacations, its affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for products or services provided by other companies. Your account must be current to participate in THE Club^® exchange benefit program. THE Club^® Select^SM points are not applicable.
