When I accepted the role of chief customer officer for Hilton Grand Vacations, I made a personal commitment to providing more frequent and direct updates to our Members about HGV and our Club programs. That’s why starting this April, I will be sending emails and videos like this one, so you’ll get a chance to hear from other HGV leaders and me as we share our perspectives and address questions we’ve heard from Members like you.

In the video above, I share an update on HGV Max, our different property brands and what we’re doing to enhance our services to our Members.

These resources can be found on your Club Member website, which contains helpful information to help you make the most of your membership.
