Your 2024 Resort Credit can be applied toward eligible retail, food and beverage purchases while staying at participating resorts managed by Hilton Grand Vacations. You’ll have a few extra weeks to take advantage of your credit, which starts November 14, 2023, and is valid through December 31, 2024. Please note, any unused credits expire at the end of 2024. California Florida Hawaii Nevada South Carolina Virginia Mexico Scotland Eligible HGV Max Members who have Premier+ or Centum+ Tier Status may receive one $100 Resort Credit listed within their HGV Max Member Club account, for use toward eligible purchases at participating Hilton Grand Vacations owned and operated retail locations. The Resort Credit is eligible for use starting November 14, 2023, through December 31, 2024. Any unused Resort Credit funds will expire upon the conclusion of the term on December 31, 2024, as defined by Hilton Grand Vacations. Once the Resort Credit is depleted, the Member is responsible for any portion of the payment due. The Resort Credit can only be redeemed at participating Hilton Grand Vacations resorts. Participating Hilton Grand Vacations resorts, retail and food and beverage locations are subject to change and subject to seasonal operating hours. To be eligible for the Resort Credit, reservations must be booked with HGV Max membership points and/or Bonus Points. Reservations cannot be booked with Hilton Honors Points or through an exchange or transient rental booking site, including Hilton.com. For HGVClub Members with HGV Max benefits, the Resort Credit can be used during Open Season reservations. Eligible Premier+ or Centum+ Members named on the HGV Max Member Club accountmust be staying on the resort reservation to be eligible to apply for the Resort Credit; the ResortCredit cannot be used for Guest Certificate stays. The Resort Credit will be applied as a credit on the Member’s folio at checkout. The Resort Credit cannot be used to pay for annual club dues, maintenance fees, transaction fees or for nightly cash room rates, nightly room upgrade fees, occupancy taxes, property fees or parking. Additional exclusions based on specific resort restrictions may also apply (including, without limitation, purchases within the resort that are made with a third-party merchant). No cash refund or other credit will be issued to the Member for any portion of an unredeemed or partially used Resort Credit. The Resort Credit is nonexchangeable and nonrefundable and is applied in USD or the equivalent local currency based on the exchange rate at the time of checkout.
