Dear Members,

Happy New Year from your Club Services team at Hilton Grand Vacations! In my first six months, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many of you during visits to our resorts. Your enthusiasm for travel is unparalleled and I’m honored to be a part of your vacation journey!  

As we transition beyond peak season, I want to thank you for your patience during our busiest time of the year. Our Contact Centers were buzzing with activity in December as our Club Counselors diligently answered Member questions and facilitated your end-of-year payments.

Member Resources

As always, the most efficient way to pay fees and make or modify reservations is through your Member website. If you do need to contact us, we’ve been working to align our Contact Centers to make it easier for you to reach us by aligning our hours of operation and installing a new phone system. The popular call-back feature that HGVClub Members have access to will also be available to all Members.

In addition, please be sure to check your 2024 rules and fees schedules, which are now available on your Member websites. You’ll find updated information including exciting changes to our Cancellation Protection and Reservation Protection offerings that allow you to purchase a protection plan for your points after booking: The Club Member Directory.

Lastly, we also heard your feedback through our readership survey, and, starting this month, all Members will receive the Club Traveler newsletter every other month. The newsletter will consist of eight new articles providing the latest news on your Club membership program, HGV Max, our resorts and new features and benefits.

Important Reminders

Members of The Club and HGVClub received information in December about a new Unified Points Methodology that aligns the nightly points rate across both Club programs so that the percentage of nightly points needed for a reservation is the same for all Members. More information about this change, including Frequently Asked Questions, can be found here.

Looking Ahead

Last November, HGV announced plans to acquire Bluegreen Vacations, which will provide more vacation options across a larger portfolio by adding 48 managed resorts in 14 new destinations in the United States. We promise to communicate with you along the way as details about the acquisition are finalized.

Lastly, I’m thrilled to announce the launch of One Console in the first half of 2024. One Console is the first stop in a journey to make searching for, selecting and booking your vacations easier by consolidating all websites into one. More information will be shared in the coming months from Chief Customer Officer Derek De Salvia and Chief Technology Officer Onkar Birk.
