Members of THE Club^® can enjoy The Legal Protection Plan – a travel benefit that provides you with local legal assistance and services for the length of your Diamond Resorts reservation for a U.S. destination.

With access to over 11,500 network attorneys in all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories, services are administered by the nation’s largest provider of legal plans.

The Legal Protection Plan includes:

• - Advice & consultations on an unlimited number of personal legal matters
• - Traffic ticket defense
• - Identity theft defense
• - Power of attorney for childcare, finances or healthcare
• - Coverage for members of THE Club®, spouse and unmarried, dependent children under 21
• - Fully covered services and no claim forms when using a network attorney
• - Option to use an out-of-network attorney and be reimbursed according to a fee schedule
