Referral Programme Offer

1. This promotion is organised by Diamond Resorts (Europe) Limited trading as Diamond Resorts, registered office Citrus House, Caton Road, Lancaster, Lancashire, LA1 3UA,registered in England and Wales registered number 02353649 (“Diamond”, "we", "us " and "our").
2. To participate in this referral programme offer you must be a member of Diamond Resorts European Collection Limited or an owner of a fixed or floating week in a timeshare club managed by Diamond.
3. Your referrals must be married or cohabiting, be between the ages of 30–65 and are either in full-time employment, self-employed or retired and have a combined income in excess of £30000/€39000 per annum. In no circumstances will any couple be permitted to travel unless they are travelling together. We reserve the right to reject any referrals if we have reasonable cause to believe that they do not meet these eligibility criteria. This offer is not available to employees or agents (and their immediate family members) of Diamond or any of its associated or affiliated companies, existing members or owners of any Diamond holiday product or at a Diamond resort, or anyone who has attended a Diamond presentation in the last 18 months.
4. You must have your referral's permission to pass their details on to us. Please telephone us on 0845 359 0050 with your referral's details.
5. Your referrals will be offered a special discounted rate promotional holiday. For each of your referrals who purchases a Discover Diamond Membership or membership of Diamond Resorts European Collection Limited whilst on their promotional holiday then you will be entitled to a choice of either a cheque or a credit towards your management charges in the sum of £250.
6. This promotion is governed by English law. The terms and conditions of this promotion cannot be altered by verbal representation.
