TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCOMMODATIONS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT THE DIAMOND RESORTS INVITATIONAL TAXES IMPORTANT PROVISIONS THAT APPLY TO TICKETS AND PACKAGES Diamond is not responsible for providing transportation or reimbursement of travel-related expenses under any circumstances unless those items are specifically included as part of a package. Diamond is not responsible for the actions of the crowd at your event or any changes made at the venue including, but not limited to, seating arrangement, stage set-up, hospitality areas, or security checks which may delay your entrance to event. DISCLAIMER Neither Diamond, nor any director, officer, employee or other representative of Diamond, shall be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to you in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or development of any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the control of Diamond. By making deposits and/or full payment for any tour or other arrangements, you acknowledge the position of Diamond as described above and agrees to hold Diamond harmless as a result of Diamond effort to provide you with arrangements requested. You voluntarily assume all risks and you are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage. Your receipt of tickets, vouchers or program information from Diamond shall constitute an acknowledgement of and consent to these terms and conditions as well as an agreement to convey these matters to all travel companions or group members. If an act of God, unavoidable accident, strike or other labor dispute, fire, riot or civil commotion, government action or decree, inclement weather or any other event beyond the control of Diamond makes it impossible or illegal to provide tours, tickets, etc., then Diamond shall not be obligated to you in any manner and Diamond shall not be in default. DIAMOND RESORTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS Once your Diamond Luxury Sports booking is confirmed and your points have been deducted, the same cancellation rules will apply as stated on the above Terms and Conditions. Diamond Resorts retains the unilateral right to cancel or amend this program at any time. Any such modifications will not affect confirmed bookings. This does not affect your statutory rights. Diamond Resorts, its affiliates and subsidiaries, makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the condition, capacity, performance or any other aspect of the activities, events, or service providers listed herein. No inquiry has been made into the activities or events, or the qualifications or the quality of services offered by the providers. Your contract with the relevant supplier is created when the agent redeems your points. ]]>
Diamond Resorts Club, Inc. (“Diamond”) reserves the right to substitute their comparable resorts of equal or better rating. You must check into the accommodation on the scheduled arrival day of the package to avoid being considered a “no show”. If a passenger is a “no show”, Diamond is not responsible for providing/refunding any portion(s) of the package to you.
We secure and confirm all elements of this package from a supplier and are not able to recover our costs, therefore all payments made to Diamond of points and cash are non-refundable and no credits will be given by Diamond for any reason. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies.
Cancellation/Course Closing: In the event a Tournament round is cancelled, tickets are valid only for the dates on the tickets. Golden Bear reserves the right to close the course due to adverse weather conditions or for other safety reasons. No refunds, rain checks, exchanges or replacements will be made.
Diamond may collect sales tax if required by law. You will be responsible for payment of any sales tax, if applicable.
Offer expires and packages must be purchased by January 6, 2017. Offer is subject to availability.
Diamond agrees to offer its services to you as a purveyor of hotel rooms, ground transportation, air transportation, hospitality, and tickets for admission to major sporting and entertainment events.
You may choose to borrow points or utilize your Diamond Flexibility benefit to complete a booking by making the booking agent aware of your choice. You may borrow points at any time during the year, prepayment of a proportion of next year’s maintenance fees are required. If utilizing Diamond Flexibility, the per point charge is dependent on your membership level.
