How is HGV Max different from my previous membership in The Club?
HGV Max provides Members with Hilton discounts, automatic Hilton Honors™ status and the ability to use your points in more places, including Hilton Grand Vacations properties. As an HGV Max Member you're able to convert points to Hilton Honors™ Points for use at nearly 7,400 hotels and resorts across the Hilton family of brands.

I recently purchased HGV Max. Will my Member benefits as part of The Club continue?
Many of the features and benefits of your current membership with The Club will continue to exist, and you’ll continue to access the benefits associated with your membership, as noted in The Club documents.

What will my Club Dues in HGV Max?
2024 HGV Max Club Dues are $299, which includes all reservation transaction fees when staying at HGV Club and The Club properties. Please refer to the latest version of The Club Member Directory, available at my.hgv.com/maxinfo.

What are some of the key benefits I have immediate access to?
The features that are currently available to Members of The Club with HGV Max benefits include:

• An expanded portfolio of properties that features a new HGV Max Reservation Window starting six months before check-out (exceptions apply) at properties associated with HGVClub.
• Complimentary reservations at in-network resorts worldwide (some properties may only be booked by contacting a Club Counselor).
• An annual allotment of complimentary Guest Certificates (based on your membership tier).
• HGV Max Rate with Hilton providing 10% savings off the regularly published rates when making reservations online at nearly 7,400 Hilton hotels and resorts.
• Hilton Honors™ Points conversion using your points at Hilton hotels and resorts.

How does the HGV Max Reservation Window work?
As part of your HGV Max membership, you’re able to book at any resort available within the Hilton Grand Vacations Club exchange program starting six months before check-out (exceptions apply). Will my Home Collection and Home Resort Advantage reservation windows change?
Your Home Collection and Home Resort Advantage reservation windows remain unchanged. The HGV Max Reservation Window starts six months or less before the check-out date (exceptions apply). Will I have access to the Embarc Collection?
Access to resorts within the Embarc Collection, including those that have been rebranded to Hilton Grand Vacations Club, was phased into HGV Max in late 2023. Inventory within the HGV Max program is based on exchange usage among Members with HGV Max benefits to maintain the integrity of the cross-booking platform, so availability at Embarc properties is limited through 2024. As more Extraordinary Escapes Members join and travel using HGV Max, availability at Embarc properties, including those that have been rebranded as Hilton Grand Vacations Club, will grow for HGV Max Members.

How are the membership tiers different in HGV Max?
Membership tiers within HGV Max are based on the number of points purchased and include Member, Preferred, Preferred+, Premier, Premier+ and Centum+ levels. Will my Club Member status change based on the new HGV Max membership tiers?
Membership tiers within HGV Max are based on the number of points associated with your vacation ownership interest and include Member, Preferred, Preferred+, Premier, Premier+ and Centum+ levels. Hence, your membership status is now based on the new HGV Max tier structure, which is still based on the number of points associated with your ownership.
